Carnlough Town Heritage Walk

When's it happening?

Admission: Free but booking essential.
Ages: All welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult.

What's it about?

Discover the history of Carnlough’s development founded on the Limestone quarrying industry in the 19th century. Local guide Mary Watson will lead this tour starting and finishing at The Heritage Hub, and will include the harbour, site of former Whiting Mill and Lime Kilns. Please meet at the Heritage Hub at 12pm.

This programme of free tours has been organised by Mid and East Antrim Museum and Heritage Service to celebrate the opening of The Heritage Hub at Carnlough Town Hall.  This Project has received funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
